The Aurora Apartments Pet Policy

  • 2 pets maximum
  • 50 lbs weight limit
  • Breed restrictions
  • $200 deposit per pet
  • $100 non-refundable fee for dog
  • $50 non-refundable fee for cat
  • $35 monthly pet rent / per pet
